Job summary

IBMC is launching an exciting opportunity for a Firmware / Embedded Engineer in Batam, Indonesia. You will architect and develop low-level system software for enterprise servers, ensuring compliance with national cybersecurity standards mandated by BSSN.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Firmware Development, Embedded Systems, or low-level systems programming.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and comfortable using hardware debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize embedded firmware and bootloaders for enterprise server motherboards.
• Lead engineering phase to integrate state-approved cryptographic algorithms.
• Write, debug, and maintain low-level device drivers.
