Job summary

PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator in Jakarta is seeking an Onsite Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer devices in line with SLA.

You will provide solutions and recommendations tailored to customer needs, ensuring responsive and reliable service support at client sites. The role requires CCNA RS certification, related education, and at least one year of hands-on experience on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3/S1 in Informatics/Computer/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• CCNA RS certification is a must.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Onsite Engineer or in a similar role.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet, networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer devices per SLA.
• Provide solutions and recommendations to customers according to their needs.
• Ensure responsive and reliable service support to customers.
• Work on-site at customer locations as required.

Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs

Ensure responsive and reliable service support to customers

Requirements :

Minimum education D3 / S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

CCNA RS certification is a must

Minimum 1 year experience as Onsite Engineer or in a similar role

Good communication and coordination skills

Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet, networking and security

Willing to work under a 1 year project contract
