Job summary

PT DRACO INTERNASIONAL seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations across Batam and other cities, ensuring safety, quality, and project compliance. You will supervise site personnel, coordinate with clients and contractors, and interpret technical drawings to keep work on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of site supervision experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of site supervision or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily on-site activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans and project documents.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies on site.
• Lead and motivate site workers and subcontractors to meet project targets.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays to minimize risks.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism on site.
