Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Social Media & Content Manager to drive brand authority and investor leads from premium Bali properties.

You will own content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta, working with the Founder to craft high-quality digital assets that educate and convert Independently manage content creation, optimization, and performance insights, ensuring alignment with luxury branding and investment storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital video production, or content marketing.
• Proven track record creating strategic content for premium brands, real estate, property investment, luxury lifestyle, or related high-value services.
• Experience supporting founder branding, executive thought leadership, or high-ticket marketing funnels.
• Advanced proficiency with professional video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Strong knowledge of YouTube growth strategies, LinkedIn distribution, Meta advertising, SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, film, edit, and publish long-form and short-form videos across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
• Develop executive personal branding content to position leadership as industry authorities.
• Repurpose core content into multiple formats to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Create high-converting marketing copy, emails, landing pages, and lead gen assets.
• Test thumbnails, titles, hooks, and retention to optimize engagement and CTR.
• Analyze content performance and link engagement to qualified leads and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to support integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all content reflects premium brand positioning and investment value proposition.
• Stay current with platform trends, SEO, and new digital marketing opportunities.
