Job summary

Abbott in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Strategic Account Lead – Oncology/Specialty Care to drive growth and expand Abbott's oncology presence in the region. You will lead key account strategies, secure hospital listings, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to advance patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably science.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• At least 3 years of Oncology, Hematology, Specialty Care, Biologics, or other highly specialized therapeutic areas.
• Proven experience engaging and influencing Hematologists-Oncologists and other oncology specialists.
• Experience launching new products or expanding specialty-care businesses is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Hematologists-Oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead hospital listing, formulary inclusion, and access initiatives within strategic institutions.
• Build account plans and engagement strategies with key accounts across Indonesia.
• Navigate hospital purchasing processes, tender mechanisms, and access pathways.
