Job summary

Predmet Kaba Kaba Resort in Bali seeks a Finance/Accounting professional with 2–3 years of experience in hospitality to manage daily financial operations and revenue control.

You will reconcile revenue across PMS, POS, and OTA platforms, prepare financial and management reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work with Front Office, F&B, and Management. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a Finance/Accounting role, preferably in hospitality.
• Hospitality experience in hotels,resorts, villas, or similar is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of daily financial operations and revenue control.
• Familiar with POS, PMS, OTA platforms, OTA reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Experienced in reconciling daily revenue, investigating discrepancies, and monitoring revenue streams.
• Able to prepare and assist in developing accurate financial reports and daily revenue reports.
• Familiar with AR/AP, cash handling, bank reconciliation and GL processes.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management and reconciliation between PMS, POS, OTA and payment gateways is an advantage.
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to identify financial discrepancies.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and handling financial data.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication with Front Office, F&B and Management.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Available to start according to company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
• Reconcile daily revenue across PMS, POS and OTA platforms and payment gateways.
• Prepare and assist in developing daily revenue reports and other management reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable, cash handling and general ledger processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B and Management to improve financial controls.
