Job summary

PT Seagull Cooling Tower in Indonesia invites a field-based Project Engineer to join our expanding cooling tower projects. The role focuses on on-site management, coordinating resources, and ensuring safety and quality across sites.

You should hold a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in cooling tower, HVAC, or construction. Fluency in English is required and willingness to travel to sites across Indonesia or abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Cooling Tower/HVAC/Construction projects preferred.
• Strong on-site project management and cost control experience.
• Willingness to start on-site business of cooling towers and travel to projects in Indonesia or overseas.

Responsibilities

• Manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor work quality and ensure deliverables meet standards and specs.
• Organize and lead meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Handle on-site project issues and coordinate resolution.
• Work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive in resolving technical and coordination issues under deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong personality, enthusiasm, and teamwork with leaders.
• Will be placed in field projects around Indonesia or overseas.
