Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a CMD Admin & Cost Staff to join its Jakarta team. You will support ship operation reporting, document checks, resource optimization, and stakeholder updates, ensuring IMS compliance and security controls are followed daily.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong Excel skills, fluent English, and good communication. This full-time, on-site position offers growth in a dynamic logistics environment located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with intermediate Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Main Responsibilities: Regularly report day-to-day activity related to ship operations starting from cargo receiving activities on board.
• Main Responsibilities: Report if there are any problems when carrying out shipping operations.
• Main Responsibilities: Check various documents, such as delivery documents, invoices, also other documents related to shipping operations.
• Main Responsibilities: Optimize utilisation of resources and prepare ship position updates.
• Main Responsibilities: Update relevant stakeholders on daily task such as ship activities, personnel, refinery and fleet changes.
• General Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• General Responsibilities: Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• General Responsibilities: Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• General Responsibilities: Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
