Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience, including leading integrated brand, digital and media programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies; strong stakeholder management.
• End-to-end campaign leadership with insight-led briefs, creative/media planning and measurement.
• Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing (paid social, search, CRM) and cross-channel programs.
• Experience in issuer/co-brand and partner marketing programs (B2B2C) at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indonesia consumer marketing and media strategy to drive brand preference and usage.
• Innovate, execute, implement and optimize digital marketing across mobile and emerging tech.
• Develop consumer insights using segmentation to define multi-channel targeting.
• Develop and measure social content and manage publishing calendar.
• Leverage sponsorship assets and create assets for domestic market; deliver B2B2C campaigns.
