Job summary

Maevy Project is seeking an Architect Interior Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Jakarta. You will lead architecture and interior design tasks, including space planning, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations, while ensuring design intent and construction standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience as architect / interior designer.
• Space Planning and Interior Design skills.
• Proficient in 3D modelling software for interior and architecture.
• Experience in Interior Fit-out projects.
• Rendering experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop space planning, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for architecture and interior projects.
• Translate design concepts into architectural plans and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align architectural solutions with design intent.
• Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to ensure design quality and construction standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Provide innovative solutions in materials, lighting, and spatial composition.
