Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance skills, including experience with Accounting and Finance functions.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting business decisions.
• Experience with budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role, preferably in real estate or property investment.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
