• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role, preferably in real estate or property investment.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
