Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control is seeking an on-site Construction Project Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary EPC project in Indonesia. You will translate plans into actionable activities, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with the project contract.

The role requires coordinating with the Project Owner, subcontractors, and consultants, while leading a team of engineers. A minimum of 3 years field experience and strong MS Office and Microsoft Project skills are

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Minimum 3 years of field experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong site management, supervision and reporting understanding.
Excellent communication with local workers.
Willing to stay on site during the project.
Graduated from top universities.
Experience with national or multinational EPC firms.
Experience leading teams of 3+ engineers.
Experience in Solar PV projects (study/EPC).
Proficient with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Manage Construction Project in general (Timeline, Budget, Supply Chain, Manpower, Reporting).
Translate the Project Management Plan into a detailed activity plan and organize.
Monitor, direct and control personnel in the field and every work process carried out.
Ensure work is implemented in accordance with the project contract.
Coordinate with internal and external parties, including Project Owner, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
