DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced OMS Advisor to lead the implementation and long-term sustainability of the Operations Management System across sites in Indonesia. You will coach site leadership, standardize OMS practices, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You will build capability, develop training programs, align organization structures, monitor progress with country leadership, and deliver measurable performance improvements across multiple sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
• LEAN certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OMS implementation training and coaching for site champions and leadership teams.
• Train operational teams on OMS, Quality, Safety, and HR requirements.
• Ensure roles and responsibilities are understood during OMS implementation.
• Align site structures and technology needs to OMS requirements.
• Build leadership capability to sustain OMS practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement across sites.
