Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager for Strategy & Planning in Medan, Indonesia, to lead initiatives across the Northern Sumatera region. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve efficiency in the area.

The role emphasizes data analytics, performance monitoring, and project management with onsite duties in Medan; you will report to the operations manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analytics.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Indonesian markets, especially Northern Sumatera.
• Understanding of regional economic trends in Northern Sumatera.
