Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking personnel to execute work orders, audit loading/unloading processes, and monitor safety and discipline at the site. The role includes reporting gains and losses, participating in improvement meetings, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness at the workplace.

The candidate will ensure adherence to ISO and safety standards, coordinate with related departments, and support effective integration of management systems across the site.

Qualifications

• Must follow PDCA cycle for quality, quantity, and time
• Experience with system audits and loss/gain analysis is a plus
• Familiarity with safety regulations and equipment upkeep
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001) is desirable

Responsibilities

• Execute work orders issued by superiors and report progress
• Conduct audits of system implementations and loading/unloading processes
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss loss/gain and improvement plans
• Perform gain/loss checks and report abnormalities to supervisors
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and work discipline is maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment at the work site
• Foster good relations with related departments to support work activities
• Apply system integration management aligned with applicable certifications

Job description

General Responsibilities : 1. Execute work orders from superiors. 2. Reporting to the Officer against the shrinkage value that occurred 3. work using PDCA cycle method. (quality, quanty, time) 4. Conduct audit of system implementation and loading and unloading process procedures. 5. Conducting regular meetings to discuss loss / gain and improvement plans. 6. Conduct a gain / loss check and report to a supervisor or department if it finds an abnormality. 7. reporting the condition of the work equipment if it finds the abnormalities, 8. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies. 9. Responsible for the implementation of work discipline. 10. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites. 11. Creating and maintaining good relations and hamnonis with related parts that are still associated with work activities. 12. Maintain and keep the Company's rules and their obligations executed with awareness in line with the rights that are subordinated to subordinates. 13. Maintain and keep working discipline in full awareness. 14, Apply system integration management effectively (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, CPPOB, SJH, ISCC, RSPO HVO Certification Scheme - PFAD, SMK3, ISO 14000 & OHSAS 18001). 15. Reported the problem, related to the Food / Feed Safety Manaqement System (if any) to his supervisor.
