Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a production operator to support packaging and filling activities, ensuring pouch and cap supplies, safety, and PPE requirements per foreman instructions. You will verify that the product aligns with the production batch code and that quantities meet the defined targets.

You will report any mismatches in packaging or stamps to the foreman, enforce safety policies, and uphold discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the needs of filling production process activities related to packaging (pouch / cap), safety, PPE etc. per foreman instructions.
• Ensure the product in production matches the production batch code.
• Ensure the quantity and quality of production (pouch / cap) during the process in accordance with the TDS.
• Report to the foreman if there is a mismatched packaging / stamp during production.
• Run safety regulation in accordance with applicable policies (SMK3).
• Discipline according to company regulations.
• Implement quality management systems (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Responsible to the foreman.
• Perform tasks according to WI and other tasks required by the company.
• Maintain security (safety) and keep all work equipment and cleanliness of the work area and documentation tidiness.

• 2. Ensure the product in production matches the production batch code.
• 3. Ensure the quantity and quality of production (either pouch / cap) during production process in accordance with TDS.
• 4. Report to the foreman if there is a mismatched packaging / stamp on during the production process.
• 5. Run safety regulation in accordance with applicable policies (SMK3).
• 6. Conduct discipline according to company regulations.
• 7. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• 8. Responsible to the foreman.
• 9. Perform tasks according to WI and other tasks required by the company.
• 10. Responsible in maintaining security (safety) and maintain all work equipment and cleanliness of the work area and tidiness of documentation.
