Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Quality Control professional to join our FoodTech manufacturing team. You will be hands-on in a QC laboratory, perform FFA testing from sampling through calculation and result interpretation, and contribute to product safety and quality throughout production.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or related field, practical titration experience, and the ability to sample, prepare reagents, perform acid-base titration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience performing FFA testing using titration.
• Ability to independently perform oil sampling and sample preparation.
• Ability to independently prepare reagents and perform acid-base titration.
• Ability to independently perform endpoint determination and FFA calculation.
• Ability to independently perform documentation and reporting of test results.
• Familiar with oil quality parameters and basic wet chemistry techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Perform FFA analysis of cooking oil using the acid-base titration method.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for FFA testing.
• Perform accurate titration, endpoint determination, and FFA calculation according to established test methods.
• Monitor and document oil quality trends throughout the production process.
• Evaluate test results against established specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine sampling from the production line and ensure samples are representative.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and QC documentation.
• Immediately report out-of-specification (OOS) results and quality deviations.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) related to quality issues.
