Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily procurement activities in line with the P2P process.
• Procure engineering spares, maintenance materials, and technical services with cost awareness.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze bids, and coordinate vendor selection per policy.
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Meet KPI/SLA targets for procurement responsiveness and delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain procurement records and audit-ready docs in SAP S/4HANA.
• Support procurement audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote SMK3 (OHS Management System) and SML (Environmental Management System) in daily work practices.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement activities — from requisition to payment — ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and compliant sourcing of goods and services. This role will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support operational needs while upholding governance, integrity, and efficiency in all procurement processes. Work Location: Head Office, South Jakarta. Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Procurement Lead.

Key Requirements
