Job summary

PRIMA ENERGY is seeking a procurement professional to support SKK Migas-compliant logistics and warehouse operations in Jakarta. The role requires coordinating with SKK Migas, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate reporting across SAP/ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of oil & gas procurement experience, strong vendor management, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. English proficiency is essential to liaise with international suppliers and audit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the Oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
• PTK 007 Revision 5 Certification (SKK Migas Procurement Guidelines) is required.
• Experience handling local and international suppliers.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Understanding of Oil & gas materials, equipment, and logistics processes.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SKK Migas regarding logistics operations and warehouse development.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports in accordance with SKK Migas requirements.
• Support project logistics reporting and provide the required logistics data.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with oil & gas regulations and SKK Migas standards.
• Control and monitor the movement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels, including maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain the accuracy of inventory data in SAP/ERP systems.
• Prepare inventory and logistics data for internal and SKK Migas audits.
• Ensure materials and logistics processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track inbound and outbound materials between the warehouse and project sites.
• Ensure all logistics documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with established procedures.
• Coordinate with SKK Migas on warehouse development initiatives and related logistics requirements.
