About The Job

We’re looking for a Site Drilling Logistic Coordinator to join our Indonesia team. As the coordinator you will be responsible for inspections of received materials and for distributing the Drilling Current Stock Report and Good Receiving Notes Report on a weekly basis. You will also review receiving documentation and maintain records in a shared drive. To succeed we look for 3 years of experience in drilling projects.

Role Responsibilities Include

• Inspect received materials and record details in a shared drive.
• Distribute the Drilling Current Stock Report and Good Receiving Notes Report weekly.
• Communicate daily with the Field Logistics Lead regarding materials and logistics requirements.
• Use Materials Management software for data entry, generating Good Receiving Notes, Good Transfer Notes, Good Dispatch Notes, and updating inventory.
• Use Oracle Procurement to check requisition status, download attachments such as packing lists, and investigate as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to drilling projects.
• At least one geothermal drilling training or course attended.
