Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist - Wellbore Construction/Completion for offshore and onshore projects in Indonesia. You will supervise installations of wellbore construction equipment, including liner hangers, at client sites and ensure adherence to engineering programs and specifications.

You will lead field execution, prepare Run-in Hole Tally and pre-job checklists, report daily progress to project managers, and participate in continuous improvement to enhance safety and service

Qualifications

• Proven teamwork and communication abilities in field settings.
• Strong safety compliance mindset and adherence to standards.
• Experience with offshore field operations and wellbore construction.
• Knowledge of liner hanger and completion techniques is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field execution of well completion and liner hanger operations at rig sites, ensuring compliance with engineering programs and client specifications.
• Provide daily morning reports and communicate with project managers, clients, and team members about job status and challenges.
• Prepare Run-in Hole Tally and Completing Field Pre-job Checklist, including risk assessment and special requirements; ensure post-job paperwork is filed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and service quality improvements.
• Support workshop teams in equipment preparation, maintenance, redress, and inspections.
• Conduct all activities per Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements, and core values.
