Baker Hughes in Balikpapan is seeking a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention to support on-site wellbore activities and field operations. You will run intervention applications, ensure equipment compatibility, and work within a team to plan and execute applications in the district.

The role requires hands-on experience with drilling and completion techniques, a strong understanding of Wellbore Intervention products, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while adhering to HSE

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing)
• Strong mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products or related groups
• Hands-on experience with drilling, completion techniques, and rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work on various rotational schedules

As a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention, you will play a vital role supporting our field operations under broad direction in the assigned district. You will be a key player to run most wellbore intervention application.

As a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

• Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring supplied equipment compatible with all equipment used for job
• Applying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groups
• Providing field support to customers and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
• Advising and troubleshooting on the most complex and critical issues in Wellbore Intervention in the district
• Applying technical knowledge and experience to ensure the products and services are of the highest quality
• Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

• Have more than 6 year's experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing)
• Have a good understanding of mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products or other product groups
• Demonstrate expertise and hand-on experience of drilling, completion techniques, drilling/workover rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigs
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills
• Be willing to work on various rotational schedules
