Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist for Wellbore Intervention to support field operations onsite with customers and oversee the execution of complex wellbore intervention applications.

The role requires extensive experience in drilling and completion techniques, strong collaboration skills, and willingness to work varying rotating schedules across districts. This is a hands-on field position within a global energy technology leader.

Qualifications

• Have more than 6 year's experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing)
• Demonstrate expertise and hand-on experience of drilling, completion techniques, drilling/workover rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigs
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring supplied equipment compatible with all equipment used for job
• Applying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groups
• Providing field support to customers and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
• Advising and troubleshooting on the most complex and critical issues in Wellbore Intervention in the district
• Applying technical knowledge and experience to ensure the products and services are of the highest quality
• Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

As a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention, you will play a vital role supporting our field operations under broad direction in the assigned district. You will be a key player to run most wellbore intervention application.

As a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

• Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring supplied equipment compatible with all equipment used for job
• Applying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groups
