In this position, your responsibilities are as follows:Costing* Prepare and analyze monthly processing cost reports.* Monitor actual costs against budget and investigate significant variances.* Support cost analysis and cost control activities.* Prepare cost reporting data for management review.* Assist in reviewing COGS, cost allocation, and standard costing updates.Inventory Control* Monitor inventory movements, adjustments, and stock reconciliations.* Review inventory aging reports and follow up with relevant departments.* Conduct gain/loss analysis and stock variance investigations.* Support stock count activities and inventory verification processes.* Ensure inventory records are properly maintained and accurately reflected in the SAP system.Fixed Assets & Capex Management* Maintain fixed asset records and asset master data.* Perform asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation checks.* Monitor Asset Under Construction (AUC) and Capex spending.* Prepare asset and Capex reports on a periodic basis.* Support asset lifecycle administration and compliance requirements.Budgeting & Reporting* Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.* Monitor budget utilization and prepare variance reports.* Support month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.* Prepare financial data and supporting schedules for reporting purposes.
