Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support finance-related activities across all school levels (SD, SMP, and SMA).
• Liaise with internal and external parties regarding the school's financial activities.
• Process bank reconciliations, receipts, and payments, including AR and AP.
• Process checks and giro transactions.
• Handle financial administration, including maintaining accurate records, archiving correspondence, and preparing letters and memos.
• Handle deposit-related transactions.
• Record all financial transactions in the system.
• Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
