Job summary

RGE in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated quality control professional to join our site team. You will verify incoming materials, monitor in-process production, and approve finished products against specifications.

You will document results, maintain measurement equipment, and help keep a safe, compliant workplace by following procedures and regulations. This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive communication with production staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QA/QC environment with focus on material inspection.
• Ability to document results and maintain logs with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications via visual and measurement tests.
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and communicating adjustments.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and tests.
• Return products for re-work and complete necessary documentation.
• Document and update quality inspection results through reports and logs.
• Keep measurement equipment operating by following instructions and arranging repairs.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following procedures and legal regulations.

• Approve incoming materials/products by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials/products.
• Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor.
• Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
• Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work or to highlight defects.
• Document and update quality inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
• Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
