Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, data input and validation, backups, and ensuring data integrity across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory and Logistics in the Odoo ERP environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Information System or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in ERP support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (Finance/Purchasing/Inventory/Logistics).
- Must have experience with Odoo ERP system.
- Preferred manufacturing experience.
- Proficient SQL for data querying, reporting and validation.
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve ERP troubleshooting requests from users.
- Provide basic training and orientation to new users.
- Create and maintain user documentation and system guides.
- Monitor ERP system performance and report issues promptly.
- Perform data input, updates and data validation.
- Assist in data backup and restoration processes.
- Analyze and relay errors to developers/vendors.
- Prepare incident reports and outline solutions.
- Ensure master data consistency across ERP modules.
- Perform master data updates, exports and imports as needed.
- Compile regular reports on system issues, usage, and improvements.
