EBER Petrochemical Group is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our technology team in South Jakarta on a full-time basis. You will develop, customise, and maintain Odoo apps that drive our business operations and ERP solutions across the organisation.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on Odoo development, strong Python skills, and proficiency in SQL. Collaboration with analysts and stakeholders is essential to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on Odoo development experience.
• Strong Python and OO programming skills.
• Experience with Odoo module development and customization.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Odoo modules and applications according to business requirements and specifications.
• Design and implement new features and functionality within the Odoo framework to meet organisational needs.
• Test Odoo applications to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and system problems within Odoo environments.
• Maintain and update existing Odoo implementations, ensuring stability.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document code, configurations, and system processes for maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development practices.
• Support integration of Odoo with third‑party systems as required.
• Provide guidance and support to end users regarding Odoo functionality.
