Job summary

Blibli, Indonesia's leading e-commerce platform, seeks a Software Engineer – Odoo Developer to design and maintain Odoo modules, optimize performance, and build robust integrations with external systems. You will collaborate with Analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will contribute to code quality, participate in architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers while ensuring secure, reliable Odoo operations across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development, with 3+ years in Odoo/ERP.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across domains.
• Build integrations with third‑party apps via REST, XML‑RPC, JSON‑RPC.
• Optimize performance, queries, and scalability of Odoo deployments.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and support system migrations and upgrades.
