Job summary

PT Asih Eka Abadi in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join on a full-time basis. You will manage health records, advise on health matters, and coordinate with external providers to ensure compliance and well-being.

The role requires a Professional Nursing degree and at least 2 years in occupational health, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential.

Key responsibilities

Maintaining accurate and confidential health records for all employees in compliance with relevant regulations

Advising employees on occupational health matters, including ergonomics, work-related stress and health risk management

Liaising with external healthcare providers, occupational health specialists and regulatory authorities as required

What we're looking for

Holding a Professional Nursing degree.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in occupational health nursing and medical check-ups

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in maintaining confidential health records and experience with occupational health management systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages, both written and verbal
