Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Depok is seeking a Diploma (D3) Nursing graduate to join the Medical Check Up (MCU) unit as a Staff Nurse. You will provide thorough nursing care, ensure safety and comfort, prepare patients physically and psychologically, and document medical histories accurately to support continuity of care.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-procedure support, discharge planning, patient education on healthy living, and data collection to support hospital indicators.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing.
• Have minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a general area.

• Facilitate MCU participants' needs and observations before, during and after procedures.
• Prepare discharge-related admin needs and prescriptions to ensure smooth discharge.
• Provide education and consultation to MCU participants on healthy living and future services.
• Collect data and reports related to operational activities.
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend trainings to support hospital indicators.

• Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care to Medical Check Up participants in accordance with hospital service standards, applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of the room as well as the completeness and appropriateness of the equipment/medicine/alkes needed to ensure the smooth running of services and make it easier for patients/families to receive services
• Carry out nursing actions according to the needs of MCU participants based on nursing practice standards
• Prepare participants before the procedure by the doctor to prepare participants both physically and psychologically and to provide a sense of security and comfort for participants and the participant's family
• Carry out complete documentation in participant files before, during and after the procedure to be used as a reference for medical history and reference for subsequent visits
• Facilitate the needs of MCU participants and carry out observations before, during and after procedures by doctors to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Prepare participants who have completed actions related to administrative needs, including further care instructions, sick certificates, referral letters, and required prescriptions, to ensure the discharge process runs smoothly
• Provide education and consultation to MCU participants as needed to provide motivation for healthy living behavior and information on further services if necessary
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
