Job summary

ZTE Indonesia is seeking an experienced RAN Solution & Strategic Manager to drive the development of innovative RAN solutions and long-term network evolution strategies for mobile operators in Indonesia.

You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, network planners, product specialists, and technical stakeholders to design scalable mobile network solutions covering 4G LTE and 5G technologies, analyze requirements, and contribute to strategic bid and proposal activities.

Qualifications

Experience in Radio Access Network solution design and architecture.
Proven expertise in planning, capacity, and coverage for RAN.
Experience with 4G LTE and 5G technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end RAN solutions for mobile network operators.
Design strategic network evolution roadmaps for 4G/5G.
Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead RAN planning activities including coverage, capacity, spectrum and performance analysis.
Support pre-sales engagements, customer presentations, and workshops.
Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and cost-effective network designs.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to drive growth.
Conduct network assessments and identify optimization opportunities.
Evaluate emerging technologies to support strategic planning.
Support bid management and tender responses.
Build relationships with operators, partners, and stakeholders.
Contribute to long-term business and technology strategy.
