Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia is seeking a Product Engineer to review customer drawings, specifications, BOM, and engineering requirements. You will ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements while managing the product lifecycle from NPI through mass production and end-of-life.

The role also involves reviewing design feasibility and manufacturability (DFM/DFA), supporting prototype and pilot runs, and tracking engineering deliverables and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Engineering, NPI, or Wire Harness/SAS Cable manufacturing.
• Able to speak, write and read in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong technical analysis, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review customer drawings, specifications, BOM, and engineering requirements.
• Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from NPI through mass production and end-of-life.
• Review design feasibility and manufacturability (DFM/DFA).
• Support prototype, sample build, pilot run, and production launch.
• Track engineering deliverables and project milestones.
• Evaluate the impact of design changes on materials, tooling, processes, and production.
• Coordinate implementation of engineering changes with cross-functional teams.
• Support PPAP, FAI, reliability testing, and customer qualification.
