Job summary

OSI Electronics is seeking an NPI/Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introductions and engineering changes. You will coordinate product transfers, review technical documentation, and help prepare manufacturing instructions and control plans.

The role requires related engineering education, and experience in electronics manufacturing is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this entry-level position in Batam, Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years experience in electronics manufacturing is advantageous.
Experience in EMS environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support NPI Engineers in managing new product introduction projects and engineering changes.
Coordinate product transfers from customers or design centers to manufacturing.
Review customer documentation including BOMs, Gerber files, assembly drawings, specs, and ECNs.
Assist in preparing manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and BOM validations.
Coordinate sample, prototype, and pre-production builds; monitor project schedules.
