Job summary

Idealnya lulusan baru diterima; keahlian dalam manajemen jaringan, SDLC, dan pemahaman jaringan/ server diperlukan untuk mendukung operasi bisnis yang berfokus pada layanan pembayaran.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer related major from reputable university with GPA > 3.00.
• Familiar in Network Management.
• Understand IT software/system development life cycle.
• Familiar in Network and Server.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dan mempertahankan kinerja sistem, ketersediaan, dan keamanan untuk operasi yang stabil, and terpercaya.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis, pemeliharaan, dan pemecahan masalah untuk sistem IT demi kesinambungan bisnis.
• Memantau ketersediaan, kesehatan, dan kesiapan infrastruktur TI yang diperlukan untuk mendukung operasi bisnis.
• Dukung tim Operations (Helpdesk) dalam penyelesaian masalah kompleks yang membutuhkan analisis mendalam, termasuk verifikasi status transaksi, masalah merchant, dan pengujian transaksi menggunakan EDC Dummy TID.
• Bantu tim Operations dalam memecahkan masalah dan mendukung alat serta platform operasional, termasuk TAMS, Vericentre (TMS), dan sistem terkait lainnya.
• Lakukan pemantauan proaktif dan analisis operasional NOC terkait aplikasi dan layanan sistem pembayaran, termasuk NAC, TLE, Poshub, HLE, MSA, laporan batch, Laporan SFTP bank, konektivitas jaringan dengan Bank dan Lembaga non-bank, serta kinerja server.
• Dokumentasikan, lacak, dan pertahankan catatan insiden dan masalah sistem untuk investigasi, analisis akar masalah, dan peningkatan berkelanjutan, termasuk bug EDC dan cacat aplikasi.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security to ensure stable, reliable, and secure operations.
• Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems to ensure optimal performance and business continuity after implementation.
• Monitor and verify the availability, health, and readiness of IT infrastructure required to support business operations.
• Support the Operations (Helpdesk) team in resolving complex issues that require in-depth analysis and investigation, including transaction status verification, merchant-related issues, and transaction testing using EDC Dummy TID for problem validation.
• Assist the Operations team in troubleshooting and supporting operational tools and platforms, including TAMS, Vericentre (TMS), and other related systems.
• Perform proactive monitoring and analysis of NOC operations related to payment system applications and services, including NAC, TLE, Poshub, HLE, MSA, Batching Reports, Bank SFTP Reports, network connectivity with Banks and Non-Bank Institutions, and server performance.
• Document, track, and maintain records of incidents and system issues to facilitate investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, including EDC-related bugs and application defects.
