Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or ≤1 year work experience.
• GPA ≥ 3.20/4.00 (or equivalent).
• English proficiency certificate (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, numerical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 2-year development journey with training and leadership workshops.
• Support strategic business projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across DHL Supply Chain Indonesia and contribute to operational improvement.
