Protergo, Indonesia’s leading cyber-security company, is looking for a Network Security Engineer to join our team in Jakarta. The role focuses on deploying firewall and endpoint security at customer sites, hardening network devices, and diagnosing complex issues across security devices.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and hands-on firewall experience are required, with 2+ years in cyber security being preferred. Certifications like CCNA, MTCNA, NSE are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required.
• Experience with firewall devices such as FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Sophos is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Cyber Security or IT Security preferred.
• Knowledge in network and security troubleshooting is needed.
• Certifications in Network/Network security/Cyber Security (e.g. CCNA, MTCNA, NSE) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deployment of firewall and endpoint security at customer sites.
• Hardening of network devices, firewall devices, and endpoints.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in network and security devices.
