Job summary

PT. LOTTE INNOVATE INDONESIA membutuhkan teknisi jaringan untuk menginstal, mengonfigurasi, memelihara, dan memantau infrastruktur jaringan secara berkala.

Peran ini menuntut pengalaman 2 tahun dan pengetahuan luas tentang TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, dan DHCP. Kandidat diutamakan yang familiar dengan Cisco/Alcatel/Aruba/Hirschmann Belden/Fortinet dan memiliki sertifikasi CCNA atau setara.

Qualifications

• Gelar D3/S1 di bidang IT terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di infrastruktur jaringan.
• Menguasai TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, dan DHCP.
• Berpengalaman installasi, konfigurasi, pemeliharaan, monitoring, dan troubleshooting jaringan.
• Familiar dengan peralatan jaringan Cisco, Alcatel, Aruba, Hirschmann Belden, Fortinet.
• CCNA atau sertifikasi sejenis merupakan keuntungan.

Responsibilities

• Menginstal, mengonfigurasi, memelihara, memantau, dan memecahkan masalah infrastruktur jaringan.
• Mengelola LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, dan DHCP.
• Melakukan troubleshooting jaringan untuk memastikan konektivitas dan keandalan.
• Memantau kinerja jaringan dan mengidentifikasi potensi masalah.
• Menyiapkan dokumentasi jaringan.
• Bekerjasama dengan tim internal untuk operasional jaringan yang handal dan aman.

Job description

Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.

Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.

Perform network troubleshooting and ensure network connectivity and reliability.

Monitor network performance and identify potential network issues.

Perform network configuration and maintenance according to operational requirements.

Prepare and maintain proper network documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure network operations.

Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in network infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.

Hands-on experience in network installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Familiar with Cisco, Alcatel, Aruba, Hirschmann Belden, Fortinet, or equivalent network equipment.

CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Willing to be placed in Merak/Cilegon, Banten.

Candidates domiciled in Serang/Cilegon are preferred.
