Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and develop our network, security, and IT operations. You will oversee LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, firewall, VPN, WAF, SIEM, and VoIP systems, ensuring uptime and performance.

The ideal candidate has a S1 in IT and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and IT security, with CCNA certification and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or related position.
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, Web Application Firewall (WAF), SIEM, Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware / Anti-Spam, Anti-DDoS.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Wireless Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of VoIP and IP PABX.
• Understanding of WAN Optimization / WAN Acceleration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and develop IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, system administration, and IT policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues.
• Manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Wireless Infrastructure.
• Manage network and security systems, including Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, WAF, and SIEM.
• Manage Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Anti-Spam, and Anti-DDoS solutions.
• Manage and maintain VoIP and IP PABX systems.
• Implement and support WAN Optimization / WAN Acceleration.
• Ensure network and infrastructure security, availability, and performance.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain proper system configuration and IT infrastructure documentation.
