Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk invites fresh graduates to join our IT operations team in Indonesia. The role focuses on IT operation monitoring within client environments, providing 1st level support for external customers, and performing network troubleshooting to maintain service continuity.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field, with GPA ≥3.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Routing, Switching, Basic Network, OSI layer.
• Experience with one or more of these products: Palo Alto, Fortigate, F5 BIG-IP, DWDM, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, or Aruba.
• Having CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, F5 BIG-IP certification is a plus.
• Having good communication, teamwork, and being proactive.
• Placement at South Jakarta.
