Job summary

PT Graha Karya Informasi is seeking a network support professional to sustain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. You will handle routing, switching, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime and ensure service availability, while preparing documentation for changes and maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in IT/engineering, CCNA certification, and show strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Familiar with Cisco Switch/Router, Check Point Firewall, Fortinet.
• Having relevant industry certification is a plus.
• CCNA certification is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Supported the operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Conducted network troubleshooting and incident resolution across routing, switching, and network connectivity to minimize downtime and maintain service availability.
• Prepared and maintained MOP, CR, and operational documentation for network changes and maintenance activities.
• Supported preventive maintenance activities to improve network infrastructure stability, reliability, and service availability.
