Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Regional Field Service Engineer to lead installation, commissioning and on-site support of Command & Control and Radar Systems aboard naval vessels in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region. You will work with colleagues across regions, travel frequently (100–150 days/year), and perform troubleshooting, maintenance and technical training for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field support experience in defense or security sectors.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to travel 100–150 days per year.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Mechanical skills and workmanship knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware, software and system installation, commissioning and testing.
• Provide troubleshooting, repair and maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance and installation documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers by email, phone and on site.
• Generate service reports and conduct technical training as needed.
• Frequent travel within Indonesia and APAC region; occasional travel to Denmark.
