Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Service Center Head to lead our nationwide service network in Indonesia. You will manage daily operations, set targets, and supervise technicians and support staff to ensure top-quality service delivery, while driving process improvements and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in service management or 1+ year as head, strong leadership, excellent English, and the ability to coordinate across direct and indirect channels across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Experience as Service Center Head: 1+ year or 5+ years as senior technician.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operations of the Service Network in Indonesia, direct and indirect channels.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and operation of the Service Center based on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective activity in Service Center in accordance with SOP.
• Manage VOC & VOD and countermeasure program activities.
• Able to handle several projects simultaneously across departments.
