Job summary

UN Atlas in Jakarta supports FAO/UNDP on the FOLUR initiative, helping strengthen sustainable value chains and landscape governance through integrated approaches. The National Project Assistant will back the National Project Manager and PMU to ensure SOP adherence and regulatory compliance during program delivery, supporting planning, monitoring and reporting activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field, Indonesian nationality or valid work permit, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, forestry, rural livelihoods, development management, integrated landscape management, or related field.
• Indonesian national or valid work permit.
• Working knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning by collecting and summarizing data and helping formulate work plans.
• Prepare/review project documents for compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Consolidate progress data and monitor expenditures against budgets.
• Support field visits and deployment of SOPs across activities.
• Collect and analyze data for results-based reports and annual PIRs/bi-annual PPRs.
• Support knowledge management activities and documentation of good practices.
