Zusammenfassung

The FAO Representation in Indonesia is seeking a National Project Assistant for the FOLUR project based in Jakarta. The appointment runs for 3 months with possible extension, and supports MOA and MoFor authorities, project planning, monitoring and reporting activities.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, with English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, forestry, rural livelihoods, development management or related field is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in relevant project management, preferably in agriculture or rural development.
• Working knowledge (level C) of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• National of Indonesia or resident with valid work permit.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project activities with MoA and MoFor and strategic partners to ensure integration with line ministry activities.
• Assist in preparation, review and consolidation of project reports, budgets, plans and supporting documents.
• Provide data collection, monitoring, and documentation support for project implementation and progress reporting.
• Support the Project Management Unit in maintaining timely and quality project communications and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with government and FAO regulations and procedures.
