About the role

Maju Operations and Development is seeking a talented Multimedia Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in developing and executing integrated multimedia content strategies that drive engagement and support our media planning and buying initiatives. Based in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, this position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of creative content production and strategic media deployment, contributing significantly to our brand presence and audience reach across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing

Developing and producing high-quality multimedia content including video, audio, graphics and interactive media for various advertising campaigns and media channels

Collaborating with media planning and buying teams to ensure multimedia assets align with strategic campaign objectives and target audience demographics

Managing multimedia project timelines and deliverables, ensuring content is produced efficiently and meets quality standards

Utilising industry-standard software and tools to create, edit and optimise multimedia content for different platforms and formats

Researching emerging multimedia trends and technologies to enhance creative output and maintain competitive advantage

Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to ensure cohesive content delivery across campaigns

Optimising multimedia content for digital platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and performance metrics

Maintaining organised asset libraries and documentation for all multimedia materials produced

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Multimedia Specialist, Content Producer or similar role within the advertising, media or arts and media sector

Advanced proficiency with multimedia software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), video editing and motion graphics tools

Strong understanding of media planning and buying principles and how multimedia content supports campaign strategy

Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content for multiple platforms including social media, broadcast and digital channels

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines

Creative mindset with strong visual and audio sensibilities and attention to detail

Knowledge of current digital trends, platform best practices and audience engagement strategies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Relevant qualifications in multimedia design, digital media, film production or related discipline (preferred)

Experience with performance analytics and optimising content for engagement metrics (preferred)
