Odoo Indonesia membuka lowongan Multimedia Designer untuk menghasilkan konten video berkualitas tinggi dan desain multimedia yang sejalan dengan identitas merek kami. Anda akan terlibat penuh dari ide hingga produksi, mengelola studio, syuting, editing, dan deliver konten untuk kampanye produk, webinar, serta materi employer branding di pasar APAC.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan editing canggih, bahasa Inggris lancar, dan portofolio yang menonjol dalam video serta desain grafis.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana atau lebih tinggi; fasih berbahasa Inggris.
• Menguasai perangkat lunak editing video: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Menguasai Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, InDesign) dan After Effects.
• Menguasai operasional kamera, pencahayaan, dan rekaman audio.
• Portofolio yang kuat menunjukkan kemampuan editing video dan motion graphics.
• Kemampuan bekerja pada proyek video lintas bahasa dan budaya APAC.
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu merangkum ide serta masukan.

Responsibilities

• Video Production & Content Creation: kelola siklus produksi konten video produk, siapkan studio, lakukan syuting, dan edit produk akhir.
• Bekerjasama dengan tim marketing dan departemen lain untuk rencana serta koordinasi pembuatan video agar sejalan dengan branding.
• Berikan masukan kreatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas video, penceritaan, dan dampak keseluruhan.
• Kembangkan pemahaman produk Odoo untuk menonjolkan fitur dan manfaat solusi kami.
• Bantu syuting testimonial di lokasi dan dukung streaming langsung untuk webinar.
• Edit dan deliver video dalam berbagai format untuk iklan online, promosi acara, dan employer branding.
• Pertahankan arsip footage yang terorganisir untuk edit di masa depan.
• Tetap update tren terbaru dalam produksi dan editing video untuk ide segar.
• Melakukan retouch foto untuk presentasi, acara, dan materi pemasaran.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Multimedia Designer at Odoo Indonesia, you will produce high-quality videos, graphics, motion, basic animation and other visual content that align with our brand. You will be involved in the full creative process from ideation and conceptualization to production and delivery—creating content that enhances our product marketing efforts across various channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments and contribute to other creative projects, such as photo retouching and graphic design, helping to bring Odoo's visual identity to life.

Your main focus will be on video production and editing, but you will also have the chance to work on multimedia design projects to create a broad range of digital content.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Video Production & Content Creation:

• Manage the entire production cycle for product-focused video content, including setting up the studio, filming with different speakers, and editing the final product.

• Work closely with the other marketing team and other departments to plan and coordinate video shoots, ensuring alignment with Odoo's branding and messaging.

• Continuously provide creative input and suggestions to improve video quality, storytelling, and overall impact.

• Develop a deep understanding of Odoo's products to create engaging videos that highlight the features and benefits of our solutions.

• Assist with onsite customer testimonial video filming and support live streaming for webinars and other events.

• Edit and deliver videos in various formats suitable for online advertising, event promotion, and employer branding.

Additional Multimedia Design Tasks:

• Maintain an organized archive of all video footage for future edits and reuse.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in video production and editing to bring fresh ideas and techniques into your work.

• Perform in-house photo retouching for presentations, events, and marketing materials.

Workload Breakdown:

• Video Production and Videography: 65% of your workload will be dedicated to the production, filming, and editing of videos, ensuring high-quality content for product marketing, customer testimonials, webinars, and other initiatives.

• Multimedia Design: The remaining 35% of your workload will involve creating graphics, photo retouching, and assisting with other creative design tasks.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor degree, or higher and must be fluent in English

• Proficiency in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Pro) is a must

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Ai, Ps, InDesign) and Adobe After Effects

• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording equipment

• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion graphic skills

• Ability to work on video projects with diverse languages and culture across APAC region

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize creative ideas and feedback

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a team environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Immediate Availability

• Familiarity with YouTube Live, OBS, and live-streaming platforms

• Knowledge of a 3D package (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, etc.)

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry design standards and trends
