Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Resort Bintan. You will design and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships across both properties.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximize performance, lead key accounts, manage client visits and presentations, and pursue opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.

• Proven experience in hotel sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both properties.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and other market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Manage sales activities, client appointments, site inspections, and sales presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize revenue and performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
