• Solid commercial acumen with track record of revenue growth.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across both properties.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet objectives.
• Drive business development across key market segments.
• Identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships to expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and partners.
• Oversee key account management, sales activities, client visits, site inspections, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance to guide strategies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise pricing and mix.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations on promotions aligned with objectives.
• Forecast, review reports, and implement action plans to meet budget.
• Ensure the sales team delivers professional service and maintains client relationships.
